Diabetics must stay away from the fast food as these are the highly processed food and it shoots up the blood sugar levels like hell.

Make a habit of reading the labels before buying any packaged product from the super store. You’ll be amazed to see the calorie content of the most of the processed food items.

Better go only for decaffeinated tea and coffee
